Throughout my professional career I've had the privilege of working with many talented people. The results of these relationships have been rewarding, not only for the pleasure of working side by side with these individuals to accomplish common goals, but also for the wisdom, experiences, and guidance these individuals have shared with me. The Knowledge and lessons I learned from these people have been a major influence in my continuing career and were instrumental in enabling me to write this book.
